Hybrid Remote/In Person LCSW, and LPC  positions available

inbodied.,llc is a small Texas based business dedicated to providing trauma informed, therapeutic, life skill developing, relational and somatic therapy services both in person and virtually to individuals, couples and groups.  Based in San Antonio, team members have over 26 years of experience working from psychodynamic, relational and somatic models. Approaches are addressing systems, intersectional, anti-oppression, and somatic theories, models, and practices.

Providers can enjoy choosing when, where and who to work with, without the hassle of mundane admin tasks like credentialing, billing and insurance claims.

• Free, credentialing with insurance companies: inbodied.,llc will take care of the credentialing and paneling process at no cost for you.
• Referrals:  Process handled for you or partnering with you to take a team approach.
• Intake & Scheduling: You will not be assigned clients; you will have option to refer out should you not have availability or expertise to address inquiring parties request.
• Fair and Equitable Fees Per Session- You will receive 70% per clinical sessions
• Documentation and Compliance: Handled by each clinician separately with guidance of clinical supervision
• Supervision: Ongoing clinical supervision and weekly Group Consultation provided
• Hybrid Practice: Work 1-2 day in the office weekly and remaining days from your home
• Flexibility: Set your schedule, no on call. Working evenings and weekends is up to you
• Continuing Education Credits: Will provide CE credit professional development stipend

Minimum Qualifications:

• You are either an LPC, LCSW
• Licensed in TX
• 1-3+ years of experience
• Yearly Malpractice Insurance (paid for by the clinician)
• Have a current commitment to Social Justice as a framework for serving people and willingness to deepen intersectional approaches to practice

Job Types: Full-time, part time hours available

Pay: $35.00 - $79.00 per session (this depends on the insurance company billed) for most insurance reimbursement. Private pay rates increase based on fee charged
